Return Process

  Log into your Pramila account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
